- We will provide drafts, rough cuts, or proof versions of videos for your review.
- Revision limits may apply (as defined in your agreement). Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may require extra charges.
7. Cancellation & Termination
- Either party may terminate the service agreement according to the terms laid out in the contract.
- If you cancel after work has begun, you may be responsible for costs of work already done and any non-refundable expenses.
8. Warranty & Disclaimer
- We strive to deliver high-quality work, but we do not guarantee results (e.g., performance of the video in driving revenue or engagement).
- The website, the content, and our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, unless explicitly stated.
9. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, JLS Video Agency will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profit, data, or business) arising from or relating to our services or your use of the website.
- Our total liability under any agreement will not exceed the total fees paid by you for that project.
